All DoD Healthcare Providers are encouraged to register for an Immunization University account. With this account, you can manage all your IHB sponsored Immunization Training, both live & online, via the My ImzU interface. View listings of available training, register for local courses, take online courses, print certificates of completion & print a complete transcript of all ImzU training completed to date.

Immunization University (IMZU) and Project Immune Readiness (PIR) have been identified to transition to Joint Knowledge Online (JKO). The date of transition is tentatively projected to be in FY18. Currently, Students can continue to take courses in both systems until they have been transitioned to JKO. Upon complete transition of all modules to JKO, notification will be distributed to all Services. Therefore, we advise all students to retrieve their certificates for record keeping as soon as possible. Find below step by step instructions. Privacy Act Statement

Principal Purpose: The IHB Immunization Information and Training Portal includes an on-line distance Learning Management System targeted to educating vaccinees and health care providers as well as supporting online and live immunization training worldwide. Information is used in identification, authentication, and in tracking IHB training transcripts.

Routine Uses: In addition to those disclosures generally permitted under 5 U.S.C. 552a(b) of the Privacy Act, these records or information contained therein may specifically be disclosed outside the DoD as a routine use pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552a(b)(3) as follows: In specific instances, information from this system of records may be provided to military medical personnel for use in assuring high quality health care.

The DoD 'Blanket Routine Uses' set forth at the beginning of the Army's compilation of systems of records notices also apply to this system. DoD 6025.18-R may place additional procedural requirements on the uses and disclosures of information beyond those found in the Privacy Act of 1974 or mentioned in this system of records notice.
